Insulation Testers
The purpose of an insulation resistance test is to determine the integrity of the insulating material that surrounds electrical wiring within cables and items of machinery. Copper and aluminium are two of the most widely used materials in wiring electrical devices. To keep the electricity flowing in the right direction and properly insulated, the conductive core is enclosed in an insulating material.
