These prices apply to delivery throughout the UK mainland, including England, Wales and southern Scotland.
Cost of shipping to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Islands will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 1 - 3 working days carriage is not available for non UK mainland locations.
At this time, orders placed via the Test4less website cannot be shipped to the Republic of Ireland. If you require shipment to the Republic of Ireland, please contact us on 01782 567 099.
Orders requiring 1 - 3 working days carriage must be placed before 12 noon the previous working day. Orders placed after 12 noon may be processed the next working day. If your request is urgent and it is after 12 noon, please call the office on 01782 567 099.
1 - 3 working days delivery is only available on items that are in stock. If an item(s) is out of stock, then you will be notified by phone or email as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide you with an expected lead time for the out of stock item(s). Where possible, we may suggest suitable alternatives that are available quicker.
We advise speaking with our sales team on 01782 567 099 to check availability before selecting 1 - 3 working days delivery. If required, we may be able to part ship your order.If a unit requires calibration, this typically adds 3 – 5 working days to the delivery time. Once the unit has been calibrated it will be despatched to you on a next working day basis
Office and warehouse opening times
8:30am – 5pm

Orders can be placed via our website 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders placed online will be processed and despatched during office opening hours.
All parcel collections and deliveries are via UPS. Typically UPS collect and deliver between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
For domestic addresses, if there is no one available to take delivery, then UPS will deliver to a local access point near you the same day or the following working day for you to collect.Occasionally circumstances beyond our control may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. Wherever possible we will contact you to notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Can Test4less offer international delivery?

What happens if I don’t receive my order or it is damaged/faulty on arrival?

Why does calibration typically add 3 – 5 working days to my delivery?
Units are left in our lab to acclimatise for at least 24 hours prior to calibration. Once prepared, the unit will then be calibrated. We will always aim to calibrate your unit as soon as possible, however this does depend on the current workload in our lab. Occasionally delays may occur, in which case we will contact you.
