The PowerCheck 1557 is the only comprehensive PAT and Installation instrument verification system in one rugged, drop-proof enclosure. It allows on-going performance checks to be carried out on test equipment to ensure accurate measurement between calibration intervals. Spot problems as soon as they occur and avoid the potentially large cost of retesting installations or appliances because an instrument is found to be inaccurate during calibration.

The PowerCheck 1557 fully tests Earth Continuity, Insulation Resistance, RCD Trip Time, RCD Trip Current, Loop, PE Conductor Current, Touch Current and Flash tests. It can be used on with earth continuity or earth bond testers up to 25A.
